CUSTOMER DECLINED TO REPLACE PASSENGER SIDE HORN AT THIS TIME.

- C/S P0446 IS STORED IN PCM. CHECKED SYSTEM AND FOUND FUEL TANK SENSOR IS WORKING, VENT VALVE IS WORKING, BUT PURGE SOLENOID WAS NOT WORKING. PURGE SOLENOID WAS ZIP TIED TO INTAKE. REMOVED ZIP TIES AND TESTED SOLENOID AND FOUND IT TO BE FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. CHECKED CONNECTION TO SOLENOID AND FOUND BAD CONNECTION AT SOLENOID. REPAIRED CONNECTION AND SOLENOID IS NOW WORKING PROPERLY. RETESTED EVAP SYSTEM AND FOUND IT IS WORKING PROPERLY AT THIS TIME. C/S FUEL IS HARD TO FILL. IF AFTER THIS REPAIR IT IS STILL HARD TO FILL IT MAY NEED A CHARCOAL CANISTER.
