FOUND VEHICLE HAD MULTIPLE CODES. CHECKED DATA AND FOUND MISFIRE COMING FROM CYL#6. OPENED HOOD AND FOUND UPPER INTAKE HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY REMOVED. SOME BRACKETS ARE MISSING RETAINER NUTS. FOUND #7 (IN TIGHTENING SEQUENCE) UPPER MANIFOLD BOLT WAS NOT INSTALLED AT ALL. JUST SITTING THERE. REMOVED INTAKE AND CHECKED FOR SPARK PLUG DAMAGE AND /OR WEAR ON #6. ALL OK AT THIS TIME. REMOVED COIL PACK AND PLUG. SWAPPED COIL PACK WITH CYLINDER #3 AND PLUG WITH CYLINDER #1. REINSTALLED INTAKE MANIFOLD TO PROPER TORQUE (8NM) FOUND #2 BOLT (IN TIGHTENING SEQUENCE) HAS STRIPPED LOWER INTAKE MANIFOLD. PERFORMED INJECTOR KILL TEST. INJECTOR IS PULSING AND WORKING. VEHICLE HAS AN ENGINE PROBLEM. POSSIBLY STICKING VALVES (KNOWN 3.6 PROBLEM). SUGGEST TO TAKE TO A SHOP FOR ENGINE TEAR DOWN. FOUND NO COOLANT IN CYLINDERS WHEN CHECKING FOR MISFIRE. HOWEVER, COOLANT PRESSURE IS NOT HOLDING AND COOLING SYSTEM APPEARS TO HAVE SOME KIND OF CONTAMINATION (OIL?) IN IT, AS WELL AS, METALLIC FLAKES.
