    • Evacuate and Recharge AC System. Pull vacuum on system and check for leaks. Check condition of all belts and lines and recharge with R-134. Test system performance.
    • REPAIR WIRING HARNESS
    • VEHICLE CAME IN WITH P0532, COMPRESSOR INOP. CHECKED COMPUTER DATA AND FOUND ALL OTHER SYSTEMS WERE OPERATING NORMALLY, AND HVAC MODULE WAS CALLING FOR COMPRESSOR TO COME ON. TESTED POWER/GROUND AT COMPRESSOR. WAS GETTING B+ AT CONNECTOR, AND MISSING 5V REFERENCE. PULLED SCHEMATIC AND TRACED WIRE TO CONNECTOR X102. FOUND WIRING HARNESS WAS SHEARED OFF AT CONNECTOR. REPAIRED CONNECTOR HARNESS. AC SYSTEM IS OPERATING NORMALLY AT THIS TIME. ALSO PULLED FREON OUT AND FOUND IT WAS A LITTLE LOW. TOPPED UP FREON IN SYSTEM. NO LEAKS FOUND AT THIS TIME.
