FOUND COOLANT LEVEL VERY LOW. EXPANSION TANK EMPTY. FILLED WITH ROUGHLY HALF A GALLON OF COOLANT. DOUBLE CHECKED FAN OPERATION VIA SCANTOOL, FAN APPEARS TO BE OPERATING CORRECTLY. VERIFIED WATER PUMP LEAK. REMOVED GRILL AND CLEANED RADIATOR WITH WATER HOSE. NO EXCESSIVE DEBRIS WAS FOUND IN RADIATOR. DROVE VEHICLE AFTER. VEHICLE DID NOT OVERHEAT DURING INITIAL TEST DRIVE. REPLACED WATER PUMP AND THERMOSTAT. REFILLED COOLANT PER INSTRUCTIONS WITH VACUUM STYLE COOLING SYSTEM REFILL TOOL. TEST DROVE FOR ROUGHLY 10 MILES. VEHICLE DID NOT OVERHEAT.

Inspect battery terminals and cables. Charge battery to full capacity. Load test battery and record readings. Inspect alternator belt and adjust as required. Perform alternator output test and record readings. Perform starter draw test and record readings.

Replace front brake pad linings. Resurface both front rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Road test vehicle.

Evacuate and Recharge AC System. Pull vacuum on system and check for leaks. Check condition of all belts and lines and recharge with R-134. Test system performance.
